"I searched for hours to find a great restaurant in Ostuni and came across this place, which I can say was one of the best restaurants I ate at in southern Italy. The hospitality was great, so much delicious little additions to what you order like delicious warm bread that keeps on being replenished, delicious olive oil made by the hotel and pre meal tastings. The food was great and hospitality was too. A must visit when in Ostuni."

"With a reservation, stopped by on a Monday evening to visit this restaurant in a hotel. Although small dogs are not allowed in their main dining room, we were seated in a comfortable area just inside the front doors near the bar and we were offered the same menu. Overall, we were quite pleased with the food, San pellegrino (no alcohol ordered) and service at a reasonable price point of 45 euros each. Food presentation was 5 star excellent and the quality was very good. All meals served with small bite size rolls and olive oil which were delicious but quite filling."

This is no tourist trap, it’s an excellent restaurant where the food, service, and atmosphere come together beautifully and make you want to come back. We had the tortelli stuffed with veal “braciola pugliese,” meat sauce, and local caciocavallo cheese, delicate yet full of flavor. The beef fillet with brown stock, potato pavé, and katsuobushi was perfectly executed. And the octopus CBT lacquered with teriyaki, served with green beans, wasabi mayonnaise, and semi-dry tomato was a creative and delicious standout. Service was impeccable, attentive, professional, and warm, which elevated the entire experience. Highly recommended!"

"From the food to the service and ambience this place is outstanding. This is on a different level to the tourist traps which populate the centre of Ostuni old town and has a more interesting menu. It's about a 15 minute walk from the centre but well worth the journey."

"This place is fantastic! An undiscovered gem. We have been traveling through southern Italy for 3 weeks and had one of our best dinners here tonight. The products used are fresh and of top quality. A tip: the prawn carpaccio. Stefano and Mina are very friendly and also give great advice regarding the wine. We wanted to tip, but unfortunately this can only be done in cash so don't forget to bring some cash as it's definitely worth it."
